A: We offer a mix. Our vintage and pre-owned pieces are carefully curated, cleaned, and quality-checked before sale. Our dropshipping and branded merch are brand-new and shipped directly to you.

Q: How often do you release new collections?
A: We work in limited drops—once items sell out, they may not return. Make sure you’re signed up for email or text alerts so you don’t miss our next release.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary:

  • Vintage / in-stock items: Usually ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Dropshipping items: Can take 7–21 business days depending on the supplier and location.

  • Brand merch: Ships in 5–10 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Q: What is your return policy?

  • Vintage / pre-owned pieces: Final sale (we want to keep each piece rare and unique).

  • Brand merch & dropshipping items: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
