Return & Exchange Policy

At The House of Graziano, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, color, or variation (subject to availability). If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within  7–10 days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or defective.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at grazianog@HouseOfGraziano.com within  5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at grazianog@HouseOfGraziano.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
